A Letter to Our Community

Dear Supporters,

PassinArt: A Theatre Company extends the utmost sincere appreciation to our community supporters, donors, and sponsors for your ongoing contributions and encouragement this season, especially during the past few weeks with the cancellation of Seven Guitars by August Wilson scheduled March 13-April 12, 2020.

The company has continued to follow the guidelines of the CDC, state and local officials, and the Oregon Health Authority to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). As such, PassinArt has decided to postpone the rest of our planned activities and programming including our May fundraiser. Sweet Taste of The Arts, is one of the funding sources for our productions and programming.

PassinArt: A Theatre Company needs your generous financial contributions to support our work as we move forward.

Donations can be made online here or by check or money order payable to Passinart and mailed to P.O. Box 6407, Portland, OR 97228

The company is looking forward to presenting staged readings by emerging African American playwrights this Fall and the annual holiday performances of Black Nativity by Langston Hughes in December 2020. We will continue to update you about the upcoming 2020-2021 season and other events.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our future productions or events. Please stay safe and healthy.
